Apron – a little history

The apron is a practical solution because centuries ago people could not afford a large wardrobe. They don't wash or dry clothes very often, so an apron is used to cover the clothes underneath and protect them from contamination. Washing this way is much easier.

While the design stylish apron can be washed every few days, the clothes under it can be washed once a week. The apron was then used as a decorative object. Housewives, but also children, teachers, secretaries, and shop owners wear different styles of clothing every day.
